Kristi’s services include:

• Drafting motions and other briefing in district court, and advising attorneys on issues and strategies for their trial court motions and briefs

• Assisting trial counsel in identifying potential appellate issues and setting up the record for appeal

• Reviewing the trial record and advising on potential appellate issues and strategy

• Representing clients on direct appeal, including drafting briefing and appearing for oral argument

• Preparing attorneys for oral argument, including conducting “moot courts”

• Preparing a petition for a writ of certiorari and merits briefing in the United States Supreme Court
